We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company name, and financial data you connect through integrations (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, and others). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration through standard analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to operate the Evolv platform: generating dashboards, forecasts, and financial reports. We do not sell your data to third parties. Financial data connected through integrations is used solely to provide platform functionality and is never shared with other customers or external parties.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to customer financial data is restricted to essential personnel and is logged and audited.
Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, Gusto, etc.), we access only the data necessary to provide our services. You can revoke access to any integration at any time through your account settings.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal and financial data is permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for product improvement.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to all active account holders. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
