By accessing or using the Evolv platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Description of Service
Evolv provides a financial intelligence platform that connects to your accounting, banking, and payment tools to generate dashboards, forecasts, and reports. Certain plans include access to embedded operators who provide strategic finance support.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Financial Data
Evolv is not a financial advisor, accountant, or auditor. The dashboards, forecasts, and reports generated by the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. You are responsible for verifying all financial data and making your own business decisions.
Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Intellectual Property
The Evolv platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Evolv. You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to the platform. We do not claim any rights to your financial data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
